At Receptra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original Receptra packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the items are neatly folded and include all original brand tags.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
